You know what would be awesome is a list and gallery of TAG Heuer straps with some salient details such as lug width, clamp width and thickness (for deployants) and material.

Other than in the inaccessible TAG Heuer spare parts computer, does this exist anywhere?

If you find it for God's sake let us know!

I know, right!

Why don't TAG Heuer publish it online so we can browse possible alternatives?

I want to know what blue, 22mm lug width, rubber straps with deployant clasps exist.

You know what, you're right - I will suggest this. After all, what's the big secret? If anything this will encourage aftermarket sales!

They are already selling the latest Connected straps online so they could be quite receptive to the idea.

Great idea @Mr_Orange! TH really should have such a listing and sell on-line. Some of the other manufacturers do.

Off the top of my head, only the Connected blue rubber strap comes to mind. I believe there are OEM blue rubber straps for the Aquaracer and F1, but not sure if these fit 22mm. For 22mm OEM leather, there's the Monaco's blue croc and Silverstone's blue croc straps. Also, the Monaco CAW211D's midnight blue rally calfskin strap and the Monaco Gulf's blue & orange rally calfskin strap.

It really is odd why these manufacturers don’d to this. I know a few do, but getting strap/bracelet details seems to be like some sort of huge mystery. Surely it can’t be that hard to manage. Far easier than designing a new watch I imagine. They already have the web interfaces and database ffs!

Does anyone know why they are reluctant to sell these online, or at the very least post a list online? Is it anything to do the terms of their AD agreements? Omega have a huge catalogue, but it can only be viewed at and AD. Do TH have similar?

To be honest until quite recently I didn't think TH even offered official alternative straps! I need to buy a bracelet for a Carrera to get some wear in the summer.

I was hopeful this thread was a solution and not a question. Maybe someone should have a word with the boy wonder. It would be another one of those ‘simple things’ to change that would help improve customer service.

I believe that if you register your watch online it gives you access to accessories for that watch - but I haven't tried it myself.

Just did a search online. I’d forgotten about this website. Never searched it for TH parts before. But they seem to have a comprehensive list. I’ve no idea how current it is.

i think I also found the reason I’ve tended to think that TH’s leather straps are sh1te. Looks like all of mine have the “cheap” £83 leather one. The Alligator (Carrera and Monaco) straps looks to much better quality. Time for an upgrade or two I think!

Tag’s website is a joke. I registered once when I bought my Tele18. Never been able to log back in. Can’t reset my password. And can’t re-register as the system thinks i’m already there. I had to confirm my order over the phone. Have not bothered since.

Besides - how are ADs going to stay in business. I’d rather give my AD (A small family run business) the margin than TH Corp. They’re billionaires and don’t need the cash as they make enough already!

I love how it says - find your watch on the website and half way down the page it will tell you which straps fit your watch.
So I went to several pages to look and each one said - please contact us if you need straps for this watch!

told you. Their IT dept must be run by the same chap that does those friendly calls about a virus on your computer.

I’d wager with enough effort it would not be hard for those inclined and with the right skills to obtain some gratis mechanise via that portal either. :whipped:
