路I would always go for the black dial. Silver dials in silver cases are a bit boring. The MH bezel was a big improvement though. The vintage silver dials are also considered less iconic and trade at lower prices than their black counterparts. Bright accents would have helped give the watches some pezazz. JH鈥檚 watches are usually more exciting colourwise.

I agree, silver dials with silver bezels are quite dull (my own 6000 chrono included), but in this case I think the improvement in the bezel outweighs this problem.
