This could have been really nice if they hadn't left all those date wheel exposed... love the orange Zero.
2019 (l) vs. 2018 (r) Max Verstappen edition Formula 1 by @watchiary #tagheuer #tagheuerformula1 #maxverstappen #calibre11
Yes there's been three to celebrate their 100 years, one had both hands red, I'm pretty sure the first one had a red minute hand as well - not sure what the difference is, maybe this one has a red/green shield? Let me investigate! I was amazed how quickly they managed to sell them as well, I think the other were limited to 500 pieces..
This was the first one, red logo and grey subdials... second one had both hands red, a white logo on a grey dial with black subdials.
Nice. It’s an Aquaracer I was thinking of..automatic, but had a coloured logo. It’s on the forum somewhere, so I’ll take a look!
You don’t see many of these- the Franco Baresi Carrera Re-edition by @boldwatches #francobaresi #tagheuer #heuercarrera #calibre11
Ah yes, my mistake... these are the only Aquaracers I can find with coloured hands.... https://tagheuerenthusiastgallery.blogspot.com/search/label/Aquaracer
Any stories on how Tag Heuer can choose to sign footballer icon before Biver era ? This is from pre-Biver era, yes ?
Yes, from the late 1990s. Not 100% sure, but my guess is that it was initiated by the European/ Italian TAG Heuer team. There seemed to be quite a few local editions back then (South African Rugby team, Australian rowers, etc)
wish they had made this thinner 15mm is a chunky bit of kit and a weekend wearer only. that said only 1-150
