Issue Alarm Watch

Hello,

I have a Issue with the alarm of the watch. Set up 2 alarms ( 6:45, 6:50) with the app ( the watch in airplane mode and do not disturb mode). Today the first alarm started at 6:57, other day start at 6:50 ( the 6:45 it doesn’t sound)
Any advice please? Thank you

I just sent a complaint to Tag Heuer because after many tests, only works the alarm:
-Screen always on , and airplane mode ( all the night with the light of the screen)
-Deactivating in the app the options: turn to wake up and screen always on and without airplane mode ( higher battery cost)
I think that is a big issue to a watch not cheap
