Is this watch Genuine?

Hi all. Ive seen this watch for a while on Second time around watch company's site and wondered if it was legit. Im not buying it, but ive wondered if it was all genuine. I know next to nothing about vintage Heuer, but thought it was unusual that the dial was refinished with "Geneve" instead of Heuer. Thanks!

Don’t know about the watch itself, but can tell you from a conversation I had during a service experience at Second Time Around that they often get people coming to their store to verify a watch isn’t franken.

Meaning they are credible at spotting such a thing.
