Great condition, but... wacky story about the movement.

 

Movement story sounds realistic though, dont you think? It the watch hasn't been used, an old battery was maybe left to ruin the movement. Replacing it with a new quartz movement makes sense then. My 1000 bling watch doesn't have the original movement either, for the exact same reason.

 

Yeah, but then they should have at least fitted a GMT movement.

At double the price we have this one at US eBay. A seller from France selling a complete set, but I can't understand the item description. Looks supremo tho! And this is the "early" pre-TAG version

 

Nice, very expensive and again I would prefer the 'TAG' version (obviously).

 

What does the gmt button do?

 

I think it turns the inner bezel.

 

Probably a crown rather than a button
