Having worked in sales I would go with customer service as part of the incentive, just I prefer to buy locally rather than online for most things, discounts can be negotiated but walking into the dealer and being recognised and welcomed is great, no extra discount, then ok, a nice branded freebie is good, an extra years warranty is even better though, you can’t buy piece of mind.

.... you can’t buy piece of mind.

The insurance industry might disagree. Ultimately the price of complete peace of mind regarding a watch is the cost of a new one. Affording it might be a challenge. But it most certainly can be bought. 😁

I like the idea of a 'Calibre11' card we could flash when visiting ADs, maybe linked to a hierarchy system dependent on posts/time served etc. So newbs could have a 'bronze' card that gets them a cup of tea and a mince pie and Hubert could have a 'black platinum' card that means he can buy anything he likes at cost plus 2%.😉

At that rate I be sending Hubert shopping for me.😉

Yes, although I'm not sure which country Hubert is in so we'd have to factor in import duty...

I'm in the USA. But I would have to abide by the rules, otherwise I would risk losing my card.

Oh right, so 30% import duty to the UK then.... that's a bummer.
