how can I tell which pusher fits an Autavia 3646?

I see quite a few Autavia pushers available on eBay listing length, thread diameter, pusher diameter and sometimes cap diameter, but not which Autavia models they actually fit. Is there some way to figure out the dimensions appropriate for the 3646 specifically? Thanks.

For which 3646....they are different
it's a 2nd execution, serial number dating it from 1966

I found somebody with a 2446 (rindt) pusher. does anyone know if this will fit a 3646 second execution case?
