·Evening all.
I have joined as I have just picked up my first vintage Heuer... a Reference 12 piece.
Having looked around I am led to believe that these are quite rare. I understand that there are 'small shield' and 'large shield' variants.. with this being the large shield. Powered by a manual wind Valjoux 7734.
It is keeping time amazingly.
It does have (on the photographs) a couple of what look like BAD scuffs to the PVD, but they really are mainly visible on photograph close ups. In the flesh / real time they aren't so much of an issue.
My name is actually Greg. I tried putting BramleyGreg as my username but it appears that I missed the g off the end. LMAO. If anyone can edit that (Moderators) I would be most appreciated.
Have a great evening everyone.
