Yes I have all of them (4) 馃榾 Yes they are quite expensive for watch books to be honest, but I really saved up to get them. And these are the only books with in-depth background / research on the Heuer Chronograph Trinity. So if you want to learn more, these are your best bet. I really like the vintage look and the history that goes along with these Heuer Chronographs so it鈥檚 a must have in my book 馃槈

If you love vintage Heuer watches, these are a great part of your collection sir 馃憤

PS: I ordered them in the website which was in UK but the books were printed and came from the US 馃槻

The photography, done by Paul, is outstanding. Worth the price for that alone

I've been thinking about buying some of the Heuer watch books by Crosthwaite and Gavin (from heuerworld.com), namely:

- Heuer Carrera Chronographs 1963-85
- Heuer Autavia Chronographs 1962-85

They're both over $250, so they're quite expensive for books. They are only sold through an independent publisher (blurb.com), not Amazon. Does anyone have these books or an opinion about them?
i happen to have these books for sale- if you are interested at a discount (Carrera one just sold)

I might be able to clarify. It鈥檚 a print-on-demand books shipped from the US. Ordered online in the UK. The covers might be different but the contents are all the same.

Yes you order via blurb. I also emailed the author a couple of times. Very brilliant work 馃憤

Exactly- because they鈥檙e print on demand, they change up some of the content occasionally. They鈥檙e the best photos of Heuers watches that I鈥檝e seen鈥aul is a genius!

I'm actually more interested in the cover and spine of the books. They have to look good on my bookshelf. : ) I want the Carrera and Autavia books to be the same color.

I see from your photo that your Carrera book says 1962-1985 on the spine. However, the current website says 1963-85. This is why I don't like self-published books: lack of attention to detail and consistency.

Yes you are correct. I鈥檝e asked for a replacement on this. The author has been very kind to replace it or offer me something different. Other than the erratum, everything is good. Unfortunately, it鈥檚 only the way you can get these books, through the website. Good luck 馃憤
