All the photos I can find of a 150.573 F have orange sub-dial hands exactly as shown in the catalogue above.

If you can pick up a bargain then go for it but this issue plus the scratched case, missing lume in the hands and, I suspect, less popular brown dial would prevent me from wanting to pay too much.

Dominic, I think you should maybe start by asking yourself what you want. I think this is the third post of similar nature asking about very different watches.

If your plan is to find a bargain Heuer on the market then good luck. It’s a genuine minefield out there as you are finding out. Whilst there are bargains out there, there are fakes or put together watches aplenty and it’s people that either have done their research on a model or been collecting for years that can figure out which is which.

If you’re trying to keep to a lower price range then go look at a Heuer 1000 series Diver model like a 980.006 or similar.

Take a look at watches from trusted collectors here and on Chronotrader forum.

Subdial hands are indeed incorrect, and finding the proper ones will be quite a difficult task. Considering these models sell for less than US $2000 in exemplary condition, I think this one isn't worth going for.

Morning
I am an enthusiastic collector of Heuer watches for several years now. I’ve posted to ask expert opinions of watches I have seen so hopefully i don’t make a mistake regarding any purchases. Unfortunately it does look like i do have a couple of ˋ fakeś in my collection. Budget wise I’m open ...originality is important.
Here are a couple of recent purchases.
I appreciate your words and advice and will keep my eyes on Heuer for sale on Calibre 11and if I may, continue to post Heuer I’m interested in at auction that I’d like experts opinions on. The most recent 2 posts of mine on Ricardo.ch I am not pursuing .
Thanks again

Two very nice watches there Dominic.

Sorry if I sounded like I was talking to a newbie in the market, but given how clearly fake/bad those watches were it reminded me of when I started out. I thought I was going to unearth a Heuer that nobody knew of.......it did not go well.

I research and research now before I even consider buying a watch and only then do I even think I want it.

Good luck with finding your next Heuer.
