Reference 3647 N, movement is a Valjoux 92, year approx. mid 1960s. Probably 64-65.

Can you see any markings on the strap or underside of the buckle? Check the serial number which is on the side of the case near the lower strap.

Asking prices are around $6k-$8k+ depending on condition for the black dial. Probably way more than what you bought yours for!

 

Oh in terms of value in the current market I’d say the lower end of that range. Probably 5-6k, it’s in great condition but I think the chrono hand and minutes subdial hand may not be original
