Yeah, I say get the movement serviced but leave the way it looks as-is (with a check to ensure it's not rust that could spread of course). I like the survivor look of the dial and the empty hands.

Quick tip though - these bracelets are fragile. The links can snap in the middle during shipping and such, so while I would have no problem wearing it I would not send the watch for service with the bracelet attached.
