Heuer Autavia identification/value needed

Hi all,

I have recently come into possession of what looks to me as a Heuer Autavia Triple Register watch. I don't know much about it, but would guess it's from the 60's or 70's (?). I have looked at many, many websites in an attempt to identify the exact model, but can't seem to find one that looks like this as it has a 24 hour (GMT?) Bezel, but different colors/markings than I have seen elsewhere.

I plan on taking it to get it appraised, but would love to get a better idea of what I have. Any assistance in identification of this and ultimately a rough estimate of value would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Chris

It's a reference 2446, 2nd execution. It's from the mid 1960s, and the bezel isn't quite a GMT bezel but a continuation of the 12-hour clock (notice that it starts at 13)

It looks very nice, but be careful who you bring it to for a valuation!

Yes, very nice. Only thing I would do to it is a clean, service and sell the Rolex jubilee bracelet. Don't let anyone polish the case or replace any bits.

Lovely piece and they fetch strong money these days, give it a clean and get it on a black rally style strap and boom you have a mega watch.

The Rolex bracelet, if genuine, would also be worth something on it's own. I'd definitely remove it from this watch, though.

I'd keep it if it's part of the watch's history. This has been on my Carrera since 1975.
