Heuer 02 chronograph minute hand problem

I've recently noticed my new Carrera Montreal chronograph running slow, and the minute counter not matching up with the hour counter. Upon further inspection I've found that on certain orientations of the watch the minute register does not tick over when the second had passes the 60 second mark.

As this is my first Tag Heuer watch, I would like to know if it is a common issue for such a movement? And what might be the cause of this? I'm already in touch with my AD.

Looks like it's trying to. Have seen this type of behaviour before but with a date change instead of the chronograph. A service is required, but this should be fixed under warranty given the age of the watch.

Thanks. Yes I hope it's an easy adjustment.

Have not seen this issue before but the H02 has had some issues reported, one being date issues and the other that the minute counter wont reset as it should when resetting the chronograph. Not sure if these issues are common but have seen a couple owners online complaining.

I had chronograph issues just like with two of my heuer 02 watches. Both sorted under warrantee and no subsequent issues but I’d did leave me questioning the movement to be fair (or at least my bad luck)

I find myself pondering the same question at the moment.

Update: Got my watch back from the AD. Everything seems to be find now after adjustments.
