I went ahead and had my E3's pin bars removed and now I can fit any 22 mm strap I want.
It currently has a black leather Montblanc Summit 2 and it looks amazing.
However, since I have the TH clasp from the rubber one it came with, I'd like to have an original TH black leather strap (or the closest I can, given that this will be an outdoor 'beater' watch).
It is proving particularly difficult to find a source for them (I guess it would have to be a Carrera strap, but any TH will do). Several eBay sellers in Europe (e.g., Italy), sell TH leather straps with the "Tag Heuer" letters printed on them. When asked, they give the impression that they provide them to TH and thus are able to sell them cheaper (e.g., $100+, strap only). For example this one:

Q.1.: Does the above seem legit?
Q.2.: Is there a source for finding TH leather straps without clasp?
