Yes, this is a first-execution 1153s with correct dial, tachy ring (tachy at 3) and the chrono hands - all match up with the early serial. The H/M hands were probably replaced later - a serial this early would not have been in the later transitional period. Not terribly uncommon and the hands are at least genuine Heuer IMO.
Case does look a bit polished from these angles, but overall I think it's quite nice
