Help identifying

Hello:

I am new to the forum. While I've been a fan of Tag Heuer for quite sometime, as of late I've mostly been collecting vintage Omega's and Rolex.

I ran across this watch and rather like it. However, after a fair bit of searching around I can't seem to find a lot of information. I'm sure I'm just not searching in the right spot. I don't want to be lazy but I would really value some assistance.

I really don't know if I am steering you in the right or wrong direction here...
but I thought I would point out this watch:

it is currently listed for sale on chronocentric under the following 'vintage Heuer Big eyes Ref.3641...'
I hope you agree there are similarities with the one you are interested in, so may be worth checking that reference,
