Help identify this watch.

Hello,

This watch in the picture caught my eye at the weekend and I am hoping someone can help identify the actual model. The wearer was working at the time so I did not get a chance to ask them about it.

I looked on the TAG Heuer website and found some similar from the Aquaracer range but they all had a magnifier over the date. I am wondering if it is just a standard model with the magnifier removed? Or maybe a discontinued model or something that is only available in certain territories?

I'm pretty sure the strap is aftermarket so if you know anything about where that came from that would be great.

Definitely an Aquaracer Calibre 5. You can read that on the dial. Unsure about the date window, though. Maybe removed as you suggest?

Yes, I've seen people remove them with a blowtorch- they're glued on.
