Help….can a screen module be replaced?

Hi,

I have a connected 45, the screen looks as if the charging screen saver has burned its self into the screen.

I have sent it away to Tag repair centre and they have informed me the module is no longer available to fix it.

does anyone know if it can be fixed and if so by who?

I have added to photos as to show the screen. It’s my first time posting any help would be appreciated.

Hello !! If your screen has burned out, due to using the same sphere for a long time

Repairing the screen is going to be complicated, I don't think you will find a replacement.

You would have two options, one is to buy a new second-hand module, they are not very expensive.

And the other option would be to join the Tag Heuer exchange program for an E3 or E4
