Google wallet problem connected e4

Hi

I had a cosmetic repair done in June. When I got the watch back I got the attached message when ever I tried to add a card. It went back for repair but tag claim there is nothing wrong. Anyone had anything similar?

Android phone - tried on Samsung and Vivo
