Fair price for Obama watch ( Tag 1500)

Hey folks, I was wondering if someone could help me out here.

I am considering buying this Quartz Tag 1500 with granite dial (AKA Obama watch). The watch does not come with box or papers and the condition is not the best. I was hoping that some of the experienced members here could advise me on:

a) whether they think it might be a fake
b) how much they think I should be paying for this.

Nothing suggests the watch offered to be a fake from the obvious details as far as I can see. I don’t know enough about the model numbers to advise if it matches the watch, but a check through the catalogues on here in the knowledge centre should confirm that.

As for value that can only be gauged by online prices on eBay and chrono24 as guidelines.

If naked without papers and box, around 250€ +/-
