F1 McLaren Strap Change ?

Hi Guys, Although I love the colour of the red/black nato strap on my F1 McLaren, complementing the rocket red bezel, I find in use the nato is a bit of a pain, with the strap buckles catching in my clothes on times and when I put my hand in my pockets. Also I feel the nato not that luxurious. I know it's what it is.
However what do you guys think if I changed it to calf leather keeping the red stitching.

Thanks for the inputs. Yes I think I will order the strap as I cannot seem to find any Tag branded ones in this style to fit the unusual width of 19mm for this watch.
