E3 message: Start by playing music or video from any app

Does anyone know why or where this notice comes from? It appears randomly only after the watch sleeps after charging over night. When I wake it the notice goes away then opens the current face. I have "wear music" app but the developers claims that not in his program anywhere. I deleted Google Play Music and don't have Amazon or Spotify music apps on the watch.
