E3 Email notifications for android phone issue

Hi all,

Long time user of tag connected watches and this is my second one. The first one never had email issues but with this one i somehow cannot receive email notifications on my watch. i have had it for a few months now and have tried almost anything and everything i can find online as a solution. Has this happened to anyone before or should i contact tag? I have the titanium case black rubber strap watch SBG8A80.BT6221

I never had such issue. Maybe the problem lies with your phone, rather than with the watch. Like me, when I switched from a Sony Xperia XZ3 to an OnePlus 8 Pro, Bluetooth connection would drop after app. 30 mins, which made my smartwatch a dumbwatch. The problem was lying with the smartphone and finally resolved, when the 8 Pro received Android 11.
