Maybe it’s time to look for a good smartwatch module alone (there are usually some for sale at ebay and in our Marketplace, head only, obviously at better prices than a complete watch) to swap yours
I don’t know if your AD could offer a repair for that issue (changing the screen?). If you ask them, please inform us about the answer

I have reached out to Tag on Twitter and they have told me to speak with an official service centre, I have just spoken with them and they say that they can send it to Tag and they will give a price to fix it and if I don't want to pay the price then I just pay for postage cost.

·So I bought another head unit off eBay with a black bezel and it still had the screen protector on it from new 😀
My original one's serial number ended in 30N and the new one 14K anyone know if this actually means anything?

The serial number shows you when the watch was made: the first number after “AN1380HR” shows the year (6= 2016, 7= 2017...), and the two following figures show in which week of that year it was made.
For instance, the module I bought -also brand new- to keep it as a spare head unit, was made the 25th week of 2017
