Hi everyone.

So a sad day, I had my watch on my bed stand and it got knocked off by my nephew. Once I picked it up and check I saw it had stopped working, second hand wasn't moving, no movement anywhere when looking through the case back.

I tried winding it, the wheel started turning but the second hand would just jump randomly from point to point. I also tried pushing the top button, the hand just jumped to 15mins and stop then after I while it would jump some more, until I stopped and reset it.

I have taken the piece to my TH dealer, the tech said he had never seen anything like it before and he is sending it on to the service centre. I am quite worried about the timepiece as well as the cost that will be involved.

Does anyone have any similar experience, any advice or ideas on cost?

Thanks

First, is the watch covered by your house insurance for accidental damage? that will cover any cost. As for the damage I’d be guessing, sorry.
