Do your apps hang?

Do you have to restart your watch on a regular basis or do you have apps that hang?

So I'm new to the watch so I don't know the norm but twice now I've had to restart my watch because Google Fit seems to hang. For example this morning it worked when I did my first workout (cardio) but when I ended my cardio and tried to launch it for strength training it just went to a black screen with a spinning circle.
