Crown and Tube removal? Aquaracer WAN2110

Crown won't bite and hold the threaded tube on my Aquaracer.
so I need to replace them. first, I need to 'remove' the crown tube.
Any suggestions/solutions on how this is done? special tool?

since the crown will 'alos' be replaced, I' guess' it coiled be sacrificed by gripping with pliers
and pulling tghe them both out together (yes, the movment will be removed prior to doing this)
