·The watch itself will only log into your Google account for Store, Play, Maps etc.
Notifications are sent from your phone to your watch, therefore you can get notifications for multiple email accounts (Gmail, Hotmail, Work etc) that are setup on your phone. As long as the phone is in range.
For Android, I think you might be able to reply to Gmail from the watch -> phone -> the world (I’m an iOS user).....
