Massive undertaking that.... no time for it at the moment, but rest assured I have everything. I think I even downloaded all the Heuer catalogues too...
Maybe you could add a "request catalogue copy" feature on the site and for a small donation anyone can get the catalogue of choice 😁

In this interview, https://www.acollectedman.com/blogs/journal/interview-nicholas-biebuyck , Heritage Director Nicholas Biebuyck, talks about the closing of Calibre11.com and the acquisition of its Knowledge Center by TAG Heuer.
--
Also, that’s the namesake of one of the all-time great online resources for Heuer and TAG. To wrap up: as an industry veteran who clearly values strong interpersonal ties with collectors, how do you see TAG Heuer engaging with communities in the mould of Calibre 11 and OnTheDash in the coming years?

Firstly, I think it’s a good idea to talk about what will become of Calibre 11 going forward. I know that there was a bit of fallout arising from the announcement that the website is shutting down, but the fact remains that there’s still mutual respect between us and David [Chalmers]. We’ve just decided to go in different directions. The good news is we managed to broker a deal to acquire the entirety of Calibre 11’s ‘knowledge centre’, which is now in the process of being converted into a format suitable for tagheuer.com. So, we’ll have a dedicated online portal for historic models using David’s writing as a foundation, that is augmented by additional information we possess on the brand side.

Also, my take away from the article is that Nicholas' role has very little to do with the creation of new Heritage time pieces and more to do with retaining and maintaining Heuer/TAG Heuer's vintage heritage.

Okay, it is in the 2016-17 cat which makes sense cos wasn't it announced in 2016.

The first TH Connected (46mm, 2015) was announced in 2016?

Indeed, I can't find it in neither 2014/2015 or 2015/2016!
(Thanks for these both BTW 👍 )

Am I missing something? 🙁

Can we get the world's most knowledgable TAG Heuer Connected guru @Albert-AMG to sort this out please
😁 😁

The first Connected (E1) only appears in 'The Catalog 2016-2017' (attached pictures)

It’s not in the 2015-2016 Catalog (maybe it was printed before E1 was launched same year), and the 2017-2018 Catalog already shows the E2 Modular 45

TAG Heuer introduced the Connected Watch on Monday, November 9, 2015, at a press conference / event in New York City.

I am not the best person to ask about Connected, it is one area of TH that I am almost entirely ignorant about.

Wow, thank you for this!
I find this 'mismatch' *very* interesting and makes one wonder what happened behind the scenes for a 2015 TH (smart)watch (that was hands-on reviewed in the same year) to only appear in the 2016/2017 catalogue. Either it's almost fascinating or I'm a nerd 😜

The Intel/Google/TH collab took 18+ months, so it's not that they were 'oops, shit, next year's catalogue is upon us, we screwed up'.
The inside story is yet to be revealed 😉

On that note, does anyone has the digital version of said catalogue? @Aquagraph perhaps? (I know I'm pushing my luck 🙄 )

I have a plan, I don't know if posting the catalogues is a good idea... and it's a ridiculous amount of work for me that I really don't have time for, but what I can do is make PDFs of all the catalogues and send them to anyone who wants them. Before I start doing that is anyone interested? I will need your email address to send them out.

At least if a few of us have copies of everything then we can maintain availability throughout the forum, call me a skeptic but for some reason I am not so sure that TAG will put all the catalogues up. Feels like they would like to forget about everything between about 1982 and 2016.

Now calibre11.com just says it's under construction.

I hope all the years of invaluable info that DC developed and stored are preserved in its entirety somewhere.
I just found out today that the link no longer works, found my way back here after a search, end of an era the Calibre 11 icon no longer on the screen.
