The Carrera Tourbillon MEXICO Sergio Perez Limited Edition. According to the IG post above, it's limited to 21 pieces. But TH's Instagram story seems to indicate it's a 1 of 1.

 

I like the gold, the black and the tourbillion flex to top it off. Well done TH.

Super annoyed now... I found a proper pic of this watch and because I have 'upgraded' to Windows 11 recently my Snipping Tool no longer works, so I screen shot the whole page and emailed it to myself to 'snip' it at work. Now Gmail seems to have lost the email (and several others)...
