Carrera tension rings: original vs 96' reissue?

Hi there, looking at a few 3647n Carreras on Chrono 24 and wondered if there's a big difference between the original tension rings vs the 96 reissue ones.

On the cs3111 the markers seem to be a bit longer, but wondered if anyone has had a chance to compare side by side. Keen to get a Carrera with an original vs service replacement.
