Sent my Carrera 360 to TH HQ for service 2 months ago and wanted to share pics of how I it got back. It was due for service after 6 years because of some issues to hands and date changing every 25 hours.

It looks as new again compared to the last pic which shows it had quite some scratches on the WG bezel.

Too my surprise all parts replaced were included which I was told wouldn't happen, also it came back in a very nice travel case contrary to a service box I got in the past.

TH said there were scratches on the sapphire (only visible with a magnifying glass) and some wear on the push buttons and crown which I postponed for the next service down the road.

Did you send it direct? I have had watches to TH for service/repair via the AD and seen hide nor hair of a box.

Nice Carrera btw.

This one via AD, for my Kirium I just last week used the TH "send watch" service. Risk is very low because of it's value.

Nice Carrera btw.

Tnx I feel lucky to be 1 of 100.

Does it say that on the back?

No it says 0xx/100

Sorry, I thought you meant you had number 1 of 100.

No was quite late in the game for this one as I was going for the steel version, but coincidentally my Speedy A11 50SS last 2 digits end with the same no.

Update on my watch after the complete overhaul; I noticed after a month the date was changing at 7.53 AM so kept an eye on it everyday for the last month and the gap kept increasing to 13.40 PM per yesterday so it returned to have this issue resolved. The hour hand was still not aligning prefectly so this needs to be looked at too.

I didn't want to take any risk with this one (for my Kirium I used the free send-watch service on the TH site) so I went to my AD instead.
