Has anyone knowledge or experience of the model 3647 carrera with non matching sub dial pointers? From what I have seen and read the 3647 was only made for two years, '63 & '64, and the images I have seen almost always have matching small straight pointers on the sub dials. I have seen one with different pointers which look like small arrow heads with the one on the right with a black pointed tip and the other plain. Have these been replaced or is it a very early watch?
    Thanks.

The 3647 was made for a few years beyond that, likely to 67 or 68. And they always had straight, matching chrono hands. The arrow head hand is probably a non-Heuer replacement part

Agree with abrod-sounds like the hand/s have been replaced at some point; they're not original.
