Hi all,

A few months ago I come into possession of a Heuer Autavia 2446 (corrected to 3rd Execution). We have taken it to 2 jewelers for evaluation, but neither of them can find much if any information on the "13-24" bezel. I've been told on this forum previously that it's "rare, but genuine"....can anyone point me to any more reference photographs/information on this bezel in particular? I'm not even sure what the bezel is even called...(?)

We are getting ready to sell it in the next few weeks and I'm trying to prepare the listing as accurately as possible. Any assistance in identification of this and ultimately a rough estimate of value would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance....

Isn't that a 3rd execution dial (possibly in a 2nd execution case)? The 13-24 bezel is referenced here http://thoughts.onthedash.com/thoughts/autavia-early-in-depth/ but not illustrated nor given a particular name. There is also some information on serial number ranges to help you pin it down better

Nice watch!

Yes..sorry...3rd execution, not 2nd....edited original post... Thanks for the info....I will dig deeper

It's not a GMT or 24h bezel, or the regular Hours bezel, so I don't know what it would be called. Unless someone can find a period catalog naming it, I'd just go with "13-24H bezel". I think any buyer of an Autavia will likely know where to look for reference to it, so no worries there.

Where are you planning on selling it?

We're still trying to work that out...may go on one of the national auction houses, or just eBay....
