·Hi Guys, long time lurker here needing some help. I have one of the Rally-Master 8-day clock/stopwatch dashboard combos released about 5 years ago (Google Heuer 7780) which is now out of warranty and the clock is playing up. Tag UK tell me it needs to go back to the factory in Switzerland at a cost of around £1000!! So can anyone recommend a suitable specialist in the UK, preferably in the north, near Leeds?
Also I just want to say great website. I was switched on to TAG when I bought one of the original F1 watches in the 80s (which I still wear) and my collection now includes a Calibre 11 Monaco with the grey dial, as well as Rolex, Omega and more recently a Bremont. I currently have 13 watches which my wife says is 12 too many and I'm now drooling over the new Monza. Not yet but maybe one day?
Anyway, I hope to hear from somebody with a recommendation and it's been fun watching over your shoulder.
