Calibre S stopwatch mode starts at 10 o'clock position

I have had my Calibre S for just over 2 years now and I went to use the stopwatch today and for some reason the starting position is at a 10 o'clock position. Is there a way to get the hands to the correct position (12 o'clock) without spending a fortune sending it back to Tag? Many thanks.

Put the watch in timekeeping mode, hold both pushers in and all the hands should move to 12 or 0. Use the pushers to re synch accordingly. The information is all provided in the manual
