A watch jeweler can polish out the scratches for you. If you want to do it yourself, I'd suggest using a Cape Cod polishing cloth. But use it on the polished surfaces only. For the brushed surfaces a different solution is needed.
Unless you're really skilled with a polishing wheel and know what you're doing, a home polish job is never going to look that great. If you want it to look as good as new, then either take it to a professional, or get a new bezel fitted (neither option cheap), or just live with the scratches.
