Oh good lord, no, please don't it. Bamford should stick to ruining Rolex, which I don't like anyway.

I'm glad to see TAG Heuer has been added to the partnership, in addition to Zenith. Ever since my post back in July, I've been waiting for this news to materialize. Looking forward to seeing what this will entail.

Interesting news, and I agree with the posts above that this isn't a surprise. So long as these are clearly marked as "Bamford" then I don't see an issue. It will be almost impossible to keep track of the various combinations of colours, that will make any fake Bamford hard to spot.

I hope that the unique TAG Heuer designed special editions are clearly separated from the Bamford semi-official watches.

You make an interesting point there David re fakes, but that only really matters for used watches...but what will the value of a used Bamford TAG be? Is there likely to be a range of off the shelf Bamford's or are they all custom?

In the later case the used market for a custom watch must be very small. I would love your c11 engraved skipper(?) but an @Aquagraph spec carrera would have less appeal, and I doubt many members would want my forthcoming mutant aquaracer.

I think what aquaracer needs is the taste of in-house movement. Design wise i think its perfect, at least for me.

Give the H03 for the aquaracer please.

I need a four hand, but not a fan of the Pepsi bezel, or the fact it's an aluminum bezel, plus the discussion over movement quality has got me tempted to fit a quartz movement. I did say no-one would like it 馃榾

Quartz movement alone kinda kills it for me....but agree on the they-could-do-better-job-than-alumunium-bezel-thing.

I love automatic movements, but I really like how I've beaten the crap out of my quartz aquaracer for almost a decade and it's still accurate to within 1s/month, plus I don't need to worry about flying with it. Everytime I TSA my automatic watches I worry about them magnetizing them.

Even if tag released the aquaracer gmt with a black ceramic bezel, I'd but one. Buy maybe Bamford will build the watch I want 馃榾

We share the same OCD about that TSA machine. What i usually do is i put it inside the bag first. The i ran it through the machine. I dont know if its help. But finger crossed.

I have nothing against quartz. But i just dont collect them. Kudos to those who like quartz watch.
