Average length of international bank wire transfer?

I just purchased a Heuer Re-Edition CS3113 from Chronext who is based in Germany. I sent a bank wire transfer with my local bank(USAA) on April 9th last Thursday. It has been 3 business days and they still have not received it. Does anyone know how long it normally takes for international wires to process? At first I was under the impression that it was instant like any other payment method but I just learned it can take longer. Being my first time doing wire transfer I was just afraid that my money is stuck in limbo or even worse it went to a different account that’s not them. Anyone have experience with wire transfers and know why they can take so long compared to PayPal, Transferwise, Credit Card, etc? Any help is appreciated!

Thank you sorry it’s my first time posting here. Not since I did the transfer but I will try again tomorrow since it was a 2 hour wait today. I looked online and it did say it can take up to 2 weeks. Of course that sounds ridiculous that I can technically mail a check and they would get it faster than this electronic wire transfer that requires a $45 fee. I looked at my account and the transfer shows up as completed and shows the receiving banks info, so I’m wondering how they don’t see it yet even as a pending payment.
