Autavia Gay Freres 3/69 hld bracelet first link wanted

I stopped wearing my Autavia (I think a 1163t of around 1969/1970, but I’m not very knowledgeable about this, my googling suggests it is most similar to one described as a mark 4) about two decades ago because the first bracelet link from the 12 o’clock side with the tube for spring bar broke. I’m not sure if this is the right terminology, but it is the link that fits into the bracelet’s clasp with a spring bar and fits onto the case with four little hooks (three of these little hooks have broken off mine).

The Gay Freres beads of rice bracelet has the stamps 3/69 and hld.

Is it possible to buy a replacement for this link?
