Any WearOS apps not work for TAG Heuer Connected E4

I’m thinking about getting an E4, concerned about switching from my Apple Watch to the Tag to just have a glorified digital display watch. Are the apps plentiful or sparce?

If you have an iPhone, you probably should not switch. However, if you have an Android phone, the integration is better.
