    Interesting design, is that Monaco the same model Eric Ku had in his episode of Talking Watches for Hodinkee? I think he mentioned he was thrilled to find a basically NOS example as it was very early days for PVD technology and the black surface can be scratched through careless brushes against hard surfaces

    Obi Wan or not, it's a gorgeous piece. I think these are my favourite Heuer hands - are they the same as the Silverstone? They look pretty much identical. The wide lume strips look fantastic when aged nicely like they are here.

    Not sure if they are exactly the same, but agree that they look very, very close. Love that Autavia...I'm jealous.

    While I do love those hands too, I don't find the name below the shield logo appealing at all - I love the "traditional" order much more, this one seems to eat away at the name itself.
