A positive word for TAG service in Australia

I bought a new Aquaracer GMT Pepsi about 2 weeks ago. I was in a hurry to make a dr appt and said I'd set it myself.

I got home and found the GMT hand didnt sync with the minute hand, it run about 20mins behind where it should and it annoyed me.

I rang TAG in Australia, they overnighted a service box to me and I then sent the watch to service centre. It left Sydney yesterday and is on my wrist now.

Customer service like this is rare and we hear a lot of bad reviews, I thought Id share a good one!

Good to hear @RmN I know some of the people at TAG Heuer Australia who are fantastic to deal with, so pleased to hear that they also look after their customers well 😉
