·Bought the 41 as present. On the second day it does not start. The watch is dead. Nothing happens. Bough the watch traveling and living far away from store. This is frustrating.

·Don't panic, the battery on your watch is probably drained. The battery only lasts a day or so before needing to be charged. When you first tried to charge it using the charging puck, did the charging watch face appear?
