30 seconds out.

Noticed recently that my watch was losing? a little time, checked and the seconds was fine but the minute hand was out, I’ve since set the minute hand at the half minute fast and the seconds on time and this brings it into an acceptable levels of seconds per day, going to ask at my AD next time I’m passing but has anyone else come across this?
I hope I’ve explained this correctly so you all understand my query.

I realised the same recently on one of my watches..
Second hand stays in sync but the Hour hand lose's time.
If there is anyone here who can explain the reason why, let us know.

To be honest it seems that the watch is running for approx 30 seconds before the minute hand decides to move?
