Found a frankenstein Monza Carbon on eBay today. US based high rated seller, 0.99$ starting price on an auction. Correct serial number, wrong rotor wheel. Is there even a TH20-12 movement?

Interesting. Could TH20-12 be the flyback version of the TH20, secretely launched in a sneaky roll out by TAG

Makes sense. We'll probably see all the H02 watches get quietly transitioned to TH20 variants over time.

One of my Boutiques recently told me the Monza was orderable if I wanted one, wouldn't surprise me if the latest batches all have this movement now.

So genuinely a new movement then, surprised that there's not been more pomp and show about this

Just speculation, but seems likely to be genuine IMHO. Hard to imagine someone would swap in or fake a movement that hasn't had any official announcement.

Just got a confirmation from a boutique that TAG genuinely changed out the movement in the Carbon Monza. The TH20-12 allows for rewinding of the movement in both directions.

Good info!

BTW, the watch looks better in real life than in pictures. Still not for me, but people who are curious, should go check it out.

If you had to choose between the Night Driver and the Carbon Monza, what would it be?

Night Driver; no question. That's the latest one I've added to this year's case.

Note: The two empty slots are for the CC Cronotempvs. And the Seamaster 300 (heritage) Summer Blue.
(Sadly, still no ETA on the Bond 60)

How are you still liking the Summer Blue Seamaster, @Hubert?

Love the French LE Carrera from this year, too.

Don't worry! This is just 2023; year-so-far. Prior years not pictured.
Not counting fashion watches (e.g. Moonswatch & BlancpainxSwatch Scuba).

Summer blue is amazing. I'm also tempted to get this one.
