I believe the pink one is new as well, no?

While I think there’s a couple of details that they didn’t get right on the men's 43, I really think they absolutely nailed the women's 36. Too bad 😗

So the only difference to this watch made for 'Only Watch' is the pink on the bezel....

Was that Only Watch?? I though everything pink was rather for breast cancer (Only Watch is for Duchenne's)…

I don’t think LVMH would be so stupid to (basically) re-do an Only Watch model in their permanent collection - too much bad press!

Looks like it's for the Pink Dial Project:
https://www.fratellowatches.com/we-support-the-pink-dial-project/

Is this part of the regular catalogue now? Do the funds still go to Breast Cancer charities? If so I'll definitely pick one up for Mrs Dtf, even thou she's guaranteed to complain about it stopping everytime she wears it.

Edit: no mention of a charity link on the TH page unfortunately https://www.tagheuer.com/gb/en/time...36-mm-calibre-5-automatic/WBP231J.BA0618.html

Correct! “Pink Dial Project” - that was it!!

The latter (pièce unique) has a pink seconds hand and a bit of pink font on the bezel; plus probably a specific case-back…

Thinking this through for a second time: Still a bit of a questionable move by LVMH, methinks 😗

I agree, but then again.... plenty of 'piece uniques' for auction are only subtly different to production watches. It seems worse this way round than if the standard pink was already in production though

It looks blue in that photo, and TAG say it's blue on the website, but the render looks distinctly tealish

Which would seem logical, given that there’s already a regular blue one in the women’s line up.

Wouldn’t that teal look nice on the men's version, too?

Also, I keep wondering whether the “wave” rather than the “teak” pattern wouldn’t have been a more interesting choice for the 43mm (and maybe make the dial look a bit less empty)? 👎

Breitling certainly thought it might, and included one in their new Superocean collection

As for the waves, I think they work better on the glossy-finish dials (black, blue, silver) but the slatted teak look works nicely on the matte finish (night diver, orange).

The waves however might look a bit too similar to the Omega Seamaster 300M

Can someone photoshop that Brietling with some nice Mercedes hands? Or any hands except those...

TBH I kinda like this Breitling.
