Yea, agreed. It’s green in a very different manner and the green bezel contributes a great deal more than the silver bezel, in my opinion.

Green dials may be chic this year but you can’t deny there are some nice ones out there...

Shall we say avant-garde?

Pretty sure the other one started at £1750 and went up to £1850, why is this one £2195?

More green!

A lot more photogenic than its predecesor: WAY2015

It’s 43mm, so similar price as the black and blue versions with the ceramic bezels.

But it has an aluminium bezel, hence my confusion!

I heard from my local Tag Heuer boutique store that this particular green dial green bezel Aquaracer is a limited production timepiece, so according to them it is pretty rare. I am not sure if it is true or just some bollocks from them to try to sell this watch.

And I think that Tag makes a pretty weird move by replacing the ceramic bezel to aluminium one instead. If you try to look at other comparable brands like Oris and Longines, their new watches comes with ceramic bezels at a cheaper retail price compare to Tag. So it really baffles me by Tag's decision to replace their new Aquaracer watches with aluminium bezel. Issit to save cost? But they're charging this piece at a same price point as the ceramic bezels (black & blue) Aquaracer. Hope Tag can justify this. Don't get me wrong, i think that this green Aquaracer looks great, but just not sure if it is worth the price.

With the previous green Aquaracer we saw that while it wasnt a 'limited edition' per se, they were very scarce and hard to get hold off. I suspect your AD may be truthful in that I don't think this is one that's going to be a 'standard' model, and as such it will not be sold in high street jewellers like Goldsmiths. I agree the aluminium bezel is b/s at the price, but I'd rather have an aluminium bezel that matched the dial than a ceramic one that didn't.

Nothing wrong with aluminium bezel but just that I am not so into it because it is prone to scratches and the colour will fade with time. Wondering anyone here manage to see this watch in person and how does it looks compare to the previous stainless steel model?

Tried this on today, along with several other models, including the new Carrera which wears very small, it wears like a 42mm! Anyway, didn't like the green Aquaracer half as much as I thought I would. Don't know if the dial is the same as the older version, but either way it's not as bright as I'd like and the flat green bezel didn't do it for me. Tried it next to the Batman Aquaracer and the blue dial killed it.
